Welcome to Teraflow.ai. And it’s fantastic to be with you this morning. And with me, I have Michael Cowen. How are you doing bud?

Michael Cowen
Hello, Brett,
I think we’re having a WTF moment right here this should be WTF what’s the future? But it’s teraflow.ai isn’t it?

Brett St Clair
Yep, we are changing things up and we’re posing different questions that really need to be solved. So today, Mike, what is the big question we’re trying to answer?

Michael Cowen
Well, that’s a question that we’ve been talking about for quite a while. And the question is, you know, is the future of every business AI? Do you need to become AI? You know, we keep talking about this disruption, but we’re going through a whole different kind of disruption right now, Brett? Things are changing. And it’s not about technology. It’s about viruses. There are massive changes happened in you know, decades of changes happen in weeks and I’m dying of thirst. Because I can’t go buy beer. It’s killing me, Brett?

Brett St Clair
Yeah, Mike, I know you only have two or three beers a night. So it can’t be that much of a crisis.

Michael Cowen
No, it’s nuts, man. So. So, you know, I wish there was an AI solution that would build me a beer. Maybe there’s a 3d solution. But you know what, coming back to the question you have Brett, the idea that every business needs to become an AI business in some shape or form, I think is a really important question because it’s ultimately the kind of business that you bought to progress into. And this is what we’re really talking about here isn’t it?

Brett St Clair
I think progress is a very important word. And we’ve come from this year of Yeah, we got to transform got to change. And we’re in an era now which is progress, which is immediate. You need to change, you need to make the necessary transformation right now you’ve got to progress immediately.

Michael Cowen
Absolutely. So let me ask you a question. Right let’s flip it, is the future of every AI business give me some kind of thinking around why you would say yes. Because I’m assuming you’re going to say yes. Given our history together and what we’ve spoken about in the past.

Brett St Clair
For sure. I mean, I’m seeing it in every business from finance to mining equipment, you sell mining equipment, people are coming to us and asking us how do I A) offer a different service that is more digitally enabled? And B) how do I find those right customers? And I think, you know, you need to use this kind of technology to help you find the right customer that you’re going to add value. It’s no longer spray and pray and get these customers and lose them and who cares. You’ve got so much business now you need to offer exact value. And I think artificial intelligence and understanding your data really well. We’ll go a very long way to making that happen. And it Mike, you quite passionate about the health space Right.

Michael Cowen
Well, we’ve got some health clients and quite a lot about the team are building solutions around health problems. And you know, I did some research on this the other day. But what I thought was quite interesting is I had this huge map of all of these micro-businesses, or really small businesses solving micro problems. I mean, when you and I were in Israel, we met the Banah team. And these guys were solving a really simple solution. What’s your temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, simply by taking your smartphone, taking an image of your face and looking at the, you know, looking underneath the skin, this is how sophisticated this technology is. But what was really interesting when I looked at it was the amount of problems that are getting solved, but very, very specific problems. So as an example, taking your temperature with your smartphone, check your blood pressure with your smartphone, suddenly a nurse has this application that changes how she can perform her job, and it’s changing the nature of healthcare. I mean, certainly, with the COVID crisis, we suddenly seeing telemedicine and coming through. What’s the next step beyond telemedicine?

Brett St Clair
Everything’s going digital. So that means you’ve got access to data sets you’ve never had before, and other services that you’ve never been able to offer. Right,

Michael Cowen
Brett, I don’t understand the word digital. What do you mean by digital? Because we’re talking about AI here, not digital.

Brett St Clair
Yes. But I mean, it’s still a digital format, we’re going to create so much data. And because we’ve got that data, we now need to understand that data and that’s what the artificial intelligence is going to enable you to do to be able to figure out at scale, what new products can offer, and how can offer better value

Michael Cowen
100%. So the bottom line for me is the answer to the question is, yes, the future of every business has to have AI at the centre of it in some shape or form, depending on how you go forward.

Brett St Clair
I totally agree as the famous AliG one said he went FB aaih. You get my ai

Michael Cowen
Bye. Bye. Bye. Were done. You’ve just got from up there to down here :). Bye-bye
